    Where do you operate?

We’re based in Columbus and serve the entire surrounding area, including Hilliard, Pickerington, Bexley, Grove City, Dublin, Westerville, Gahanna, and other nearby cities. If you’re close, we’ll probably come get it.

    How soon can I schedule a pickup or delivery?

Usually within a day or two. If you’re flexible, we can often fit you in the same day.

    Do I need to be home?

Not always. For curbside pickups, you can leave items where we can access them safely. For anything inside or requiring entry, someone needs to be there.

    What happens if it rains?

We get wet.

    What types of junk do you take?

Just about anything that isn’t hazardous. Furniture, appliances, yard debris, renovation waste, garage clutter, you name it.

    Is there anything you don't take?

We can’t take paint, chemicals, fuel, or anything hazardous. Other than that, we’re pretty flexible.

    Do you clean up after hauling items away?

Yes. We sweep up and leave the space cleaner than we found it.

    How do you determine the cost?

Pricing is based on how much space your items take up in our truck, plus location and loading difficulty. You’ll always get a clear quote before we start.

    Do you recycle or donate items?

Whenever possible. We try to keep usable items out of the landfill through local donations or recycling centers.

    Do you pick up furniture or appliances from stores or Facebook Marketplace?

All the time. We’ll grab it, deliver it, and even bring it inside if needed.

    Can you move things within my home?

Yes. We can move items from room to room or help rearrange furniture.

    Do you assemble furniture or install appliances?

Absolutely. We can unbox, assemble, and set things up so you don’t have to.

    Do you offer long-distance delivery?

Our focus is local, but we’ll consider nearby cities. Tell us what you need and we’ll let you know.

    How can I get a quote?

You can text us photos, fill out our online form, or call us with a quick description. We’ll reply with a no-obligation estimate.

    Is there a minimum charge?

Yes. Our single-item curbside pickup starts at $85. From there, pricing depends on load size and access.

    Do you charge for stairs or tough access?

Sometimes. If it’s several flights of stairs or very limited access, there might be a small fee. We’ll include it in your quote upfront.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

We take cash, card, and Venmo.

    Do you require a deposit?

Not for most jobs. Larger or specialty jobs may require a small deposit to hold your spot.

    How do I schedule a job?

Use our contact form, call, or text us. We’ll confirm the details and lock in a time.

    Can I reschedule or cancel?

Sure, just give us a heads-up as soon as possible. We get that life happens.

    Do you offer same-day service?

When our schedule allows, yes. The earlier in the day you reach out, the better your chances.

    How long does a typical job take?

Most junk removal jobs take less than an hour once we arrive. Large cleanouts and demo projects can be booked for an entire day. Delivery times depend on distance and setup.

    Do you help with estate cleanouts or rental property turnovers?

Yes. We handle full property cleanouts for homeowners, landlords, and property managers.

    What if I don’t see my job listed on your site?

Just ask. We handle all kinds of odd jobs that don’t fit neatly into a category. If it involves hauling, moving, or delivering, there’s a good chance we can do it.
