Curb It provides junk removal, hauling, delivery, and related services in and around the Columbus, Ohio area. Service availability may vary depending on location, item type, and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline any job that falls outside our operating scope or safety standards.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Quotes provided online, by phone, or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on actual load size, weight, or access conditions. All charges will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before service completion.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment, or safety concerns.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Ensuring safe and reasonable access to items for removal or delivery.
Confirming that all items to be hauled or disposed of are lawful and non-hazardous.
Being present (or designating a responsible adult) at the scheduled service time unless prior arrangements are made.

We cannot accept hazardous materials, chemicals, explosives, medical waste, or other prohibited items.

5. Liability and Damages

Curb It is fully insured and exercises reasonable care while performing services. However, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to property or items.
Damage caused by unsafe or concealed site conditions.
Losses resulting from delays beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, or equipment issues).

If damage occurs directly due to our negligence, our liability is limited to the repair or replacement cost of the affected area or item, not exceeding the amount paid for the service.

6. SMS and Communication Consent

By providing your phone number, you agree that Curb It may contact you via call or text message for scheduling, service confirmations, or related communication. Message and data rates may apply.

We will not share your opt-in information or text messaging data with third parties except as needed to deliver the messaging service.
